How payment works
You pay half of the project price when you decide to proceed, and the second half once the product is ready to launch. Ongoing Care starts at that point. For example, a Core Website Package is R4,500 once-off, paid in two halves, plus Ongoing Care from R800 per month.
Ongoing Care Plans
Any product or service needs more than a one-time build. Hosting, uptime monitoring, and small fixes and updates are what keep things running the way they should, month after month, without you needing to think about it. Ongoing Care covers that support for anything you have with Meridian, with the exception of AI-Enhanced Features above, which run on your own API billing rather than ours.
Ongoing Care starts at R800 per month for your first product or service, with R350 added for each additional one you have with us, up to a cap of R1,500 per month once you have three or more.
Ongoing Care includes bug fixes, site updates and round-the-clock monitoring for bugs. Fixes can be resolved within an hour.
